PHP script to hit server 7k times

I want someone to write PHP script, this will hit a server 7K times? Everytime I need to change the id here in the link [login to view URL] (example) This link is to a PDF file which needs to be downloaded. I would have another column in the database which should be the name of the file and should be saved like ([login to view URL]) to one folder at desktop. Note: I need to login here first at [login to view URL], select one option... and only then it would allow direct access to that link.
