Order Management Systems - Reports Needed - PHP

We are in the process of implimenting a new "Order Management System" (OMS). This system has been completely developed from ground up. Incorporting all of the unique aspects of our business. The OMS tracks customers, orders, history, sales, sales returns, inventory, shipping, invoicing and RMA's. Our entire platform has been developed using PHP with a MySQL database, running on a Fedora Linux OS. We serve this entirely in-house on a dedicated server, etc. For this job, we would setup a cloud server with an exact replica of our in-house system. By doing so, we have the ability to keep working on the additional modules we are implimenting, while your company has the ability to work independantly. Our system/ structure/ and code base has been systematically developed using a module approach. Thus the choosen developer must continue this course of action when developing the reports module. Only pulling data from the other tables. Additional tables etc can be made for "reports" aspects specifically. We also request that all code written is well documented / commented within the code base. Overall we have about 40 different reports that need to be developed ## Deliverables Reports: Overall we have a total of about 40 different reports that need to be developed. Our well-designed system is well organized and broken down into database tables / modules. Thus it truly is a matter of someone writing the code to pull the needed data from the tables and then perform the needed calculations for a specific report if need be. I would provide samples for all of the needed reports. Showing the fields and data that is being used to create the report. The following is a sample list of some of the reports we seek to have developed: Daily Report (sales & product ordered during a specified day) Payment Report (Payments made during a specified day) Sales Tax Report FET (Federal Excise Tax) Report Aging Report New Customer Report Shipping Report Projectors Produced Report (Projectors produced, along with inventory aspects) Admin Panel: In addition to the reports, we would like an Administrative dashboard developed within the system. This dashboard would allow a qualified user to select the type of report he / or she would like to run. The date range needed for the report. In addition for the type of report format that is to be generated. Format: Once a report has been selected and the needed dates, guidelines / dates have been entered, the end result should be a complete report that is displayed in a page numbered PDF file that automatically displays on the screen.
