online Helpdesk/call logging system

This application needs to be developed using web 2.0 technology in PHP MYSQL. The project is to create an online call logging/helpdesk system that will have all the standard features of a help desk/call logging system and where the admin can do the following amongst other things: 1. Each user has to log in with their own username and password. 2. Add/edit/delete new users to log onto and use the system with different permissions. Permissions will be in the form of check boxes for everything the admin can do and can give read, write, edit or no permissions to the users. 3. Add/edit/delete unlimited top level departments and Add/edit/delete upto 5 hierarchy structure levels to the departments, to which calls can be assigned. 4. Date and time of user is logged every time a new call is logged or update is made. 5. add/edit/delete managers with their own permissions 6. have the ability to add different user types to each department, like technician, accounts, sales etc. 7. Summary of statistics for each user e.g. which user logged on to system, when they logged on, what new problem calls they added/closed and many other things like that. 8. Add/edit/delete new knowledgebase items. (There will be a knowledge base section which has known problems and the solutions which the technical staff can refer to and search.) System must allow for history of calls/customers etc to be downloaded as and when required for backup purposes, and can then calls can be removed from the online version as and when required.
