You need some kind of database to collect this data and plot it later, it can be a simple TXT file, some rrd database (this would be my choice), or some more powerfull SQL database. The RRD solution is very lightweight. Can do it for you, collect the data to a RRD database and plot it, if you ever saw MRTG or CACTI graphs, it will be like it. But I really didn't understand your function -F values, what this mean? :) Good luck!
