modify shopify template to look like deal web site or groupon

need to make deal web site and have exactly same look like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] prefer wagjag - if notice on mouse over it shows qty sold and how long time is left for products running. basically all products will be on sale from 7-14 days and we will rotate products on front page every week. deal aspect has to be shown either below product or on mouse over. some php /web coding may be required but dont bid if you cant achieve this and read carefully there is some plugins for daily deal such as [login to view URL] we want all products on the site to be on sale so we really dont need to select them manually every day. but we want to be able to rotate them on front page and make them current deal or past deals. similar concept like [login to view URL] also built on shopify another important issues - themes must have tabbed products or product tabs like in magneto and you must test importing products via csv where you can insert product size chart in tabs or additional information.
