Mod For Esme Paypal Cart

Hi I need a mod for esme paypal storefront. This is the program [login to view URL] (Not the site we want work on) Fairly simple mod just need the ability to add category descriptions. Also would like thumbnail creation looking at so it doesn't remove the animation from animated gifs on some products. Please only programmers who communicate quickly accepted 2 programmers on here one who i have not heard back from and another who is painfully slow to communicate.
