Migration from Magento1 to Magnto2 and add a shipping matrix

hi Team, i would like to migrate my site from Magento1 to Magento2, freelancer have to help me find the right shipping module and payment module regarding to our needs . the new site should be Responsive the freelancer have to host it to my dedicated server at Godaddy plate form and fixes all bugs, hosting server for LATEST VERSION of Magento with high performance. i wanna add a shipping matrix working with specific zip codes in canada and personnalised for each product . i wanna have the option of Interac e-Transfer in checkout in addition to all other (credit cards and paypal paiement options) Possibly install other plugins.
