Hallo, I can do this project for you as I am an Senior TYPO3 Developer with more then 10 years in this job. You will have to define which features will have to be removed, I can find no description for that in your text. So the price is for the migration part. You will have to make sure that the new server has an appropriate PHP version for you TYPO3 version. I will need a FTP or better a SSH account for the new server (for the document root directory). And we can communicate in German as well if you like :)
