Looking for someone with the following skill set: Familiar with Linux, esp via CLI. Proficient with PostgreSQL & RESTful API Proficient with Ruby-on-Rails and related dependencies, including Apache. Proficient with Sencha Ext JS & AngularJS Able to set up a VirtualBox-based Vagrant deployment. Familiarity with the Vagrant deployment system would be beneficial but shouldn't be required. Need someone to accomplish the following tasks: Able to evaluate and potentially modify an existing Ruby-on-Rails project, involving both database access and a web-based GUI. The ability to extract and document how we could transfer out of its current Vagrant environment, and onto a generic Linux server. Design a new graphic using Sencha Ext JS or AngularJS, to pull data via RESTful API & display in browser.

If one of our employee will join you, he will work with you as a developer, and I will work as (the tech and team leader). Take into account that the price that I give you is the price per hour of her work, and my work as a team tech leader is include as well. We use agile methodology “scrum”, we divide the whole project in small sprints, each sprints is typically about 1 week. Each week, the team leader provide a serie of task to do on the current spring, each task is assigned to one programmer. We are using trello as a tool to guide the scrum. We use bitbucket or git as repository, and each Pull Request is reviewed by our team, in order to do a quality code.
