This can fairly easily be done with a nginx or haproxy based reverse proxy and cookie injection allowing them to choose their site would place a cookie in their browser that nginx would then search for each time and route them properly. This can always be done with an IP hashing algorithm so no cookies but could be reset if you need to restart nginx or reboot the server.... with the cookie method it's on them.
