Magento: Install and config extension "Iksanika Price Countdown"

I bought this extension, but I can not get it to work. Unfortunately the company's support is a disaster and I could not make it work. I thought I was doing everything correctly, but apparently it might be necessary to modify something in my template and I do not know how to do that. All "documentation" is just that: 'System' -> 'Magento Connect' -> 'Magento Connect Manager' Here in section 'Direct package file upload', in field 'Upload package file', select file which was send to you and click 'Upload'. Please, make sure, that you have cleaning your cache and logout/login. Extension have own configuration, so it may required some CSS adoptation for text based countdowns to meet design of your magento store. If you user custom theme, it may required to integrate [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] templates files with your custom added theme. You need to copy extension template and layout from default/default to your current theme folder. It may also you to merge files - you can look to: /app/design/frontend/default/default/template/iksanika/countdown/[login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and find same files for current theme folder, then merge this files with theme files (just copy/past countdown code).
