Magento - Cart dropping all items When Registered Customer Hit Update Cart

Nothing wrong with our non-registered customer. However, when a registered customer(login in already) add some products into his shopping cart and modify the quantities on the checkout page (Click Update), the page will get refreshed and all item will be dropped. We need a magento expert to help fix this bug. Note: -Will not pay any payment in advance. -Only bid when you sure you are capable to do this.
