Interactive bingo game for website

Hi there! On my podcast we play murder, cult, and f****d up bingo. We currently have it on the site so that if listeners want to play, they have to go to the site, screenshot the bingo board, mark it up on their phone/computer, save and email to us. And the words never change or move places. So I'd like the bingo to be interactive on the website. I'd like there to be many tile options, beyond the 25 currently available on the board, and have them switch around, so people are always playing a different bingo. I'd like for them to be able to play directly on the website, and be able to submit to us right there as well. And maybe some confetti when they get bingo? It should be responsive to work on phones as well. Let me know what your solution would be to achieve this and which programming language.
