Integration of USPS api MRS on a PHP ecommerce site

A providor that has extensive experince integrating shipping label printing feature into a checkout process of an online retail store. You will have to call USPS tech support multiple times to coordinate deployment of this feature on our site. As a result our customers will be able to print return shipping label online while on a checkout page of our website. We dont want someone who will be figuring this us on the fly.
