Google map API PHP JAVASCRIPT AJAX

I have a number of features that need to be developed for a website. I need a software developer who has experience with the following: PHP, MYSQL, HTML, CSS Javascript and Ajax Google MAP API Google Javascript API The following features need to be developed. 1. Add a marker overlay to Google maps 2. marker onclick - display information in body area when user clicks on map marker, use onclick and ajax 3. Create a page view that shows, static information, images and a comment area. 4. my account button implementation - using onclick and ajax display information when a user clicks on a button. 5. Button My Location - center the map on the user location when a user clicks on a button NOTE: PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED WORD DOCUMENT FOR COMPLETE DETAILS. This is a small project. It is a starter project to show your skill and efficiently. If this is an easy project for you then you could be asked to do more work. To apply for this project please do the following steps. 1. Read the attached word document that describes the features in detail. Refer to the sources code attached. 2. Provide work samples of simular work you have done in the past. 3. Provide a quote for the work to be completed. NOTE: I will accept a 20% milestone payment when two out of five tasks are completed and tested to be functional. The balance will be paid when the tasks are competed and tested to be functional.
