Mi sono già occupato in passato di sistemi analoghi a quello da voi richiesto e credo di avere un sistema che implementa nativamente praticamente tutte funzionalità da voi elencate. Piuttosto che creare un software in-house e magari sviluppato ad hoc per questo progetto nel giro di pochi giorni in tutta fretta, con l'alta probabilità di avere numerosi difetti da correggere in corso d'opera io vi propongo di implementare un sistema basato su di una piattaforma per l'e-learning open source (quindi senza vincoli di licenza) molto utilizzata nel mondo dell'e-learning, quindi super collaudata e ben consolidata. Realizzata esattamente con le tecnologie da voi richieste (PHP e MySQL), include la gestione di diversi profili utente, la gestione degli utenti e dei corsi registrati nel portale e la possibilità di definire dei certificati. Inoltre permette molto altro ancora, ma ovviamente per ridurre la complessità del sistema si può scalarne le funzionalità a vostro piacimento inibendo le caratteristiche non necessarie. Utilizzando un sistema già sviluppato, che andrebbe solo customizzato, anche il tempo per il deployment (e conseguentemente il costo del progetto) si abbatte notevolmente.
