Form on WP page that can create a user-based database and export in excel

Hi everyone, I have a sport team website and I want to build a page on it where the team captain can view all the athletes (registered as users on the website) and create a database with the registrations for the competitions. In the form there are input for athlete names, competition name and all the kind of events. The form-design is partially done on the page but what I want is to have the possibility to create the database row by row from the front-end and at the end of the last row I need 2 things: 1) insert all the rows in the database 2) export all that rows in a excel file I dont have much experience in php and database because I'm a designer, but if someone know how to do it I reckon is a one hour job.
