Flower & Plant Store Website

Want an elegantly designed website where consumers can go online and place orders for plants and flowers. Database driven. Must have user interface to add, remove and edit products and menu categories. Must have a search function for the entire site. A web form and email notification feature. Navigation area for different categories on the left. Navigation area on top for standard tabs (i.e Who we are, etc...) Shopping cart / checkout (oscommerce template?) I have a template so one of the options is to implement the oscommerce template and modify it slightly to meet my requirements / needs.
