Entry recorder with email notifications

Looking for a excel based or VB project. Project should work on network and should be able to record , update, edit and send notification on completion on task. Email templates will be dynamic or standard. Recording : Record courier numbers : on this selection system will open a text field which will accept alpha numeric or only numeric or only alphabets. Characters added into this field will be added in the database with date of entry and login name 2. Acknowledge : this option will open courier # field. Wherein courier # search will retrieve the data of courier number and some manual fields such as name , application type , email address, phone number , product name addition with fee will be available. With save, cancel and incomplete button. If incomplete button is selected then a text field will open where user will add some text. And click on save. On this system will send email notification by adding the reason text. If save option is selected then standard template email will go 3. Update record - this option will retrieve incomplete record to either save them or add additional reasons. Save means complete application , incomplete means more documents 4. System to generate report of complete and incomplete record 5. Return incomplete - if this option is user then system will expect user to enter invoice number and courier #. On this system will remove record from incomplete list and send notification 6. Send complete document - if this is selected then system will send email notification to customer 7. Send to processing office - this scan will send notification to customer
