Development of an Images/symbols encoding system (32bits)

Description Encoding and storing/viewing encoded images/symbols stored in a database using PHP/CodeIgniter. Development of an images/symbols encoding system (web application). This images/symbols encoding system will be handling images/symbols text. It contains a collection of 40 images/symbols. This images/symbols will be encoded in computer system and mapped to an SVG font (images/symbols font) in a data base in order to be used on a web platform as a writing system or like Emojis. each image/symbol will be mapped to a unique number using 32 bits encoding system.
