Customize YOLO - Implement a stabilization filter to outputted bounding boxes

We are looking for a skilled computer scientist to implement a stabilization filter to the well known object classification algorithm YOLO. Currently the bounding boxes outputted by YOLO are very unstable, their size and position oscillates too much, we need to implement a filter (Kaman or Correlation for example) to make them less "noisy".
