Create a PHP RESTful API + HTML5 web app -- 2

The goal of this project is to develop 1. A RESTful API using Laravel 5.2 2. An app using this API as data source to do stuff, also in Laravel 5.2 using HTML5/CSS3/Javascript So you must be really good at creating API, that's a very important point, but also good at creating an app using HTML5/CSS3 and AJAX with Javascript (with jQuery or whatever). More details about what I'm looking to get done: 1. Create a RESTful API with documentation. We must be able to CRUD users, customers, products, product images, product categories, product options, invoices, transactions history and more. This API will be used for the POS web-app. The API needs to be secure using OAuth2 and have permissions for everything. So a user could only read products, not create them. 2. Create the web app. It's a POS. So cashiers (users) can login and manage products, customers, invoices. Basically once all the products are added into the database, I need to be able to add/select a customer, add product to his cart and confirm the transaction. It'll then send an invoice to the customer by email. Please note that no payments are made using the web app. It just needs to know which payement method we used for the transaction, so let's say the customer has a $100 cart, we need to be able to select different payment methods for a single transaction so this customer could pay $80 cash and $20 using his credit card.
