change some details in a website

I just want to get an estimate/price. Things I may need to change. 1. Currently, the customer may add 6 pictures, and the contractor may attach 6 pictures. I want to reduce both to 4 pictures. 2. Where contractor register, there is "List Specific Services you offer" and have 8 rectangles to write the specific services. I would like to maybe extend the size of the rectangles, but limit the number of characters included in these to 33 including spaces for example All type of work related to Flooring (there are 30 letters-characters, but also spaces between the words. Counting these spaces as characters then I want a maximum of 34). Only if 34 do not change the ad display size, in the above case it did not. 3. Currently when the customer get to the page listing contractors it seems these are under Electrical instead of having that rectangle blank (on top) with customers ad display probably in the order they register like now.
