Re-build me a new improved website. -- 2

The brief is for you to produce a replacement website using the attached brief & accompanying Photoshop layouts for each of the webpages. The new site will have to be based on a standard Woo Com type platform with full CMS & compatible with the latest PHP so that it has longevity and in a standard format so other web developers can work on it and so it can be transfer to different web hosts -without any problems. Essential requirements of this brief include: 1. The product copy, images & meta data on my old site has to be migrated to the new site -without me having to do this manually. 2. If possible, to maintain my image search rankings, on the main search engines & if this is not possible then to minimise the effected on my rankings -as I am totally reliant on my website for sales. 3. I wish to own the site outright and do not want a rental package. 4. It’s essential you are able to accurately reproduce the page layouts as it is essential that the website has an aesthetically pleasing look through out. 5. I have to have the various phases of the build all completed & the website loaded onto the internet no later than 20th November 2022. 6. I have a set budget of £1000.00GBP for the entire project. I’ve produced this comprehensive brief & accompanying layouts for the various webpages so that you know exactly what is required so you can provide me with an accurate reliable quote. Quoting This is the second time I’ve submitted this project for bidding. The reason for this is that the last time I submitted this brief I got lots of low, time-wasting bids, which subsequently increased up to 4 or 5 times their original quote -despite me providing a detailed brief & layouts for the pages. To avoid the same thing happening again I’ve: • Allowed you 2 weeks for you to submit your bid & for you to raise any questions you have. So PLEASE take your time & submit a bid that will be a true reflection of the final cost. • I’ve produced Photoshop layouts for all the web pages -which accompany this brief. I can supply the layouts as PSD files once quote finalised. This should allow you sufficient time & guidance for you to submit an accurate, reliable quote so we do not end up wasting both our time & effort on unrealistic quotes. You will only have the one chance to bid so take your time to read the brief & go through the layouts & ask any questions you have before submitting your bid. Any time-wasting quote of £250 will be disregarded so please take your time & submit reliable quotes. Having said this, if I were to make any changes to the brief or layouts, that would incur additional costs, then it is only right that you make me aware of the cost implications so I can decide if I wish to proceed & incur that additional cost or not.
