I'm interested in creating a music streaming platform like Spotify, available as a website and as an app on any mobile device. However, I would like it to be built on the XRP ledger (XRPL). I'll obtain the domain name(s), would like to start with a beta site to make sure it works. The beta site may have a different domain name, but ultimately if all works well, then the official domain name shall be added. The XRPL will facilitate faster (3-5 seconds) and cheaper (less than pennies for transaction fees) payments, and users/advertisers will be able to use fiat or crypto to pay fees, artists will pay and/or receive royalties in a digital wallet (ex XUMM wallet). It must be easy to use for all users as well as for the administrator. Artists will be required to sign an agreement that they are legally authorized to upload music and receive royalties so there is no liability on the owner/operator of the site, which will be an LLC based out of Delaware. There will be a special feature (artists can use AI tech to create some or all of their music composition) to this site to distinguish it from other music sites. Artwork has been done, and 2 AI based music compositions will be uploaded once the site is ready for the special feature. There will be a second website created (domain name to be obtained) based off this website for artists to create/sell their own NFTs. Also, the site shall have the capability to upgrade to podcasts, etc like Spotify.
