Looking for assistance modifying an asterisk script we use for monitoring calls. The current script you dial 556 for Chanspy and it prompts you to enter a specific extension to monitor. This works great. We need to have an extension blacklist (Executive extensions) that can't be monitored through Chanspy. I've attached the working Chanspy script and a modified one with the blacklist created that doesn't work. We're looking for someone to get the chanspy blacklist feature working.
