adnetwork with any open source/paid adserver

hello, we are looking to start an mobile ad network. while googling saw Revive, Nginad, OpenX, Mobfox, OpenRTB..etc ad servers. complete modifications with design,third party ad network apis integration..etc Front end : such as publisher signup,advertiser sign up, publisher dash board,advertiser dashboard..etc things Can't explain everything. as there is many things to say. but an experienced developer knows what features an mobile ad network needed.. This project is ongoing as we are always testing out new ad placements, may need new plugins/modifications as we are new looking for long term partnership.
