Add new functionality to website:

I have a site built on wordpress - newspaper theme. Site name - [login to view URL] i want to add some new functionality to it. Detailed Requirements given below: Vote for Best Coder: 1. User logs to the website to vote for the best Coder. 2. user enters gives his vote in rank wise format from 1st to increasing order. He can give any number of entries. 1. Name (if there is a match, user should be able to select from previous one. Else create new. 2. Auto create ranks - 1 2 3 etc. Make it editable. 2. Enter a social media network link of the coder that he is voting for - Office email (gmail/personal email not allowed, it should be professional email) LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook (Atleast 1 is mandatory - user has to enter one proper social media link to ensure that the coder is a real person) [login to view URL] 4. is the coder your Colleague/Superviser/Reported to/ 5. Submit. View: 1. Show list of coders that you have voted for in ascending order of rank. 2. User should be able to edit the list any time - Move the ranks up, down, add new coder to the list. Leader board 1. This created based on all votes of all people. 2. Create a leaderboard with the following: Rank (Ascending order from rank 1 onwards), Name of person, fb, Twitter, linkedin [login to view URL], Twitter, linkedin links should be disabled if not entered by user. 3. Algorithm - Olympics medal system. The most number of 1st selection will be rank 1. If two people have same number of selections as number 1, then the number of 2nd selections will determine the higher rank and so on.
