Find Counter Value from HEX Data

I have several HEX data from a device that has a counter. I have the corresponding counter value to the HEX data. But I can not figure out how the device converts the HEX data to the counter value. I need someone to find the algorithm that the device uses to convert the HEX data to the counter value. I can figure out the algorithm used to convert the counter to hex data but to be sure I need a lot more data. I need at least 50 different values and also around 20 counter should be consecutive.
