Website design and page coding (HTML+CSS)

Hello, I need a design for a telecom wireless devices distributor, a company based in the UAE, as well as coding the pages for it (slicing the design). Thanks ## Deliverables About the client AllTel (United Arab Emirates ) acts as a distributor for wireless communication devices (for brands such as Bridgewave - see [login to view URL]) and at the same time offers consultancy on communication systems design and implementation, as well as certified training in the same field. Requirements The current project is for the visual design of the AllTel company website, and coding the pages to valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional & CSS. The design shall consist of: a. Home page (main) It will contain introductory information about the company, including two sections for the company’s ‘Vision’ and ‘Delivery Capabilities’ - (which are, in essence, texts). The home page must hold one large and attractive images slideshow, JavaScript based. It must be, of course, the main attraction of this page. It will consist of large images and shorts messages. Note: The winning bidder does not have to provide the script for the slideshow, but the HTML document must be sliced in such a way as to allow the construction of the slideshow. The home page must contain links to social networks: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook. It will also hold one simple links menu to the site’s pages (one of the links must unfold a drop-down menu with 4-5 other links). AllTel has a network of resellers, and the website must have a reseller login feature, including a ‘forgot your password?’ link. Last but not least, the site must integrate a web chat application. That being said, please take this into account when designing it. b. General purpose page This template will be used for most of the site’s pages, which have static content, so I will need it to hold styled dummy HTML elements such as: form elements (text input, button, textarea), anchor, paragraph, headings (h1 through h3), image. c. Products Catalogue page The AllTel website is not an eCommerce website, but it must hold information about the products they are distributing. At first, the website “catalogue?? will accommodate only a few products, coming from less than 5 vendors, but this list will grow. I have yet to finalize the exact requirements for this page and the next, but I should be able to provide them within 2 business days d. Product Information page This template is meant to provide detailed information about a specific product or product range. As with the above template, all the specifications should be ready within 2 business days. My client has mentioned [login to view URL] as a source of inspiration, but I have MUCH higher standards than them, so needless to say, [login to view URL] is not a very good source of inspiration from my perspective. Do not use copyrighted imagery for the designs.
