A software portal needed, something like d o-w-n-l-o-a d, s o-f-t-p-e-d-i a, f r-e-e-d-o-w-n-l-o-a-d-s-c-e-n-t-e r, etc... Expected: original web design, category setup, pre-filled database, static links, meta tags & keywords unique for each page, Adsense embeded (both main & download pages),RSS feeds, advanced admin panel with CMS, members section, developers section, your professional advice, etc ... Tech requirements: PHP,MySQL,XML; CMS,CSS; site compatible with every browser. The site fully operational and secure before paying and moving. No "in advance" payments (prepayments 30% is OK).
