Need Wordpress / Buddypress child-theme from PSD design

I have a PSD design already done and i need it transformed into a Buddypress child-theme. If you dont know what this means or have no experience doing this type of work, then please keep moving. This PSD design is not much of a departure from the standard Buddypress theme in terms of layout but it will require some CSS, HTML, and PHP skills to accomplish this project. I am wanting to develop a child-theme instead of a full custom Buddypress theme to allow for easier upgrades to the Buddypress and Wordpress software in the future, and better integration with existing Wordpress and Buddypress plugins.
