login to another site using php-mysql

I'm trying to create a member login where I log in with an userid and password. Well, after that I want it to redirect to a page with inline frames where I log onto another site with another userid and the same password(used on my site). This another userid will be associated with the original userid (at my site) in a mysql table and has to be fetched when entering the original userid at my site . I actually had it working and I screwed up something and it's not working now. Give me a quote, I have attached three of the files needed, they just need some tweaking.
