Design and Program Facebook Fanpage

Hi there. I'm looking for someone to create the design first and then program my facebook fanpage. 1. The facebook fanpage is a simple directory of videos. ONLY MY FANS CAN SEE THESE VIDEOS of my speeches. 2. If you are not a fan, the first page you will see is an image of the video with a "click like to view this video" 3. When the fan presses like - they get to view the videos. 4. We need to make this look like a directory of videos.. (for example - like [login to view URL]) HOWEVER we cannot use her plugin because we are not music.. we are a simple HTML tab that needs to program to function like hers (not look like hers). 5. Keep it simple. Simple video.. with a play button with a "table of content" of videos below.. (and I will be adding more in the future).. We'll start with TWO YouTube Videos for right now.. When people click the play button - a popup appears saying - CLICK THE LIKE BUTTON TO VIEW THE VIDEO. 6. Then, when they press like - it's done. They get to view the videos. We are on a tight deadline so please only bid if you can work on this and meet the deadline. Easy!
