Cleanup of Excel Workbook

I have a completed excel macro enabled workbook and need to polish it up. Part of this is to add a few formulas that I am struggling with. The brunt of what I need is a formula that prevents my Savings account from going negative. ## Deliverables to really understand this excel file, I will need you to contact me personally. basically I just want to make sure my savings account never goes negative. if it does the money needs to be removed from my bankroll account.
