Website modifications and additions

I currently have two websites on two different domains (one English and one Chinese). I need the Chinese site to be changed so it has the exact same design and functions as the English site. We will provide the Chinese content. It will be more difficult if you cannot view Chinese characters on your computer. Some basic buttons, images and two informational pages need to be added to both sites, and they need to be linked to a WordPress blog. We will provide the WP template. There is currently an admin panel I use to add or modify products, specs., images, etc. So I must also be able to manage the new additions with this panel. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed before starting work, and the project must be completed within three weeks after the agreement is signed. Daily communication is vital for this project. Any problems or questions with specific tasks or the project in general must be raised immediately so that I can figure out a solution with you. We will also send you a selection of the website code and marked up PDFs showing the major changes to the site so you can make an accurate bid.
