Web page creator Mac

I am after a small application that will create a web page for me like a shopping trolley. I need it create a shopping trolley like web page, I need to be able to add templates and buttons my self for users and be able to add different pay providers eg paypal. It will need to have one or two templates installed to start off with and then I will add more myself. I want to be able to sell this package later on so I need it for a user that canot add templates or buttons and a admin side of it that I can do all allerations myself. This can an FTP Client inside or it can create a folder and it's up to the user to upload them self. I also need a demo version that will localy but not on a server. This all needs to be created on the mac on os x. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Mac os x
