Sporting odds part 2

As a continuation of the previous "house edge" question. I need formulaes that will give me odds for each players performance. Such as in week 2, based on player 1's performance of the previous week(s) odds that this player will win this week are 3:2(ex). And also similarly that x odds to win for the year. I need to track How well a player has been doing. In other words, is the player been doing better over the past weeks? Are the other players doing worse over the past weeks? Should we also factor in each players personal trends and weigh them against the up coming weeks schedule, like……………… Record for home favorites, home dogs, away favorites, away dogs…………..things like that. What do you think? I guess to forecast the odds to win the season we’ll just have to tell the computer to do it over a longer time or should we just weigh their record against the amount to games left? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform any
