small, fun project leading on to a bigger project

Hello! This is initially a very basic project, but any coder with the abilities to take it all the way (hopefully with design experience too) will be preferred. You will be working with the Google Maps API so must be fluent in its mannipulation and command. You will need to be able to implement payment systems. Your coding must be of very high standard. The website must be built with a view to handling very high traffic, or at least the ability to scale up to handle high web traffic very quickly once it is required. The website will require user accounts and the ability for the user to upload content. This is a truly exciting project and I look forward to working with the right person for a long time.
