Outlook Custom Form - How Do I Email It?

I created a custom form in MS Outlook using the form designer. This form loads data into a task folder. Can anybody tell me how I can send this form to another person by email so that they can work on it and use it also? Thanks in advance. ## Deliverables None ## Platform MS Outlook 2000, Windows XP
