OnForce notification app

I pick up odd jobs from [login to view URL] .? I need an app that will refresh the page often (maybe every 5 secs or so) and open any new job offers.? I will then have to take it from there.? I'd like the app to sound an "alarm" so if I'm doing other work I'd here the pc make some noise. ## Deliverables If coder is not familiar with OnForce buyer (provider) page, I can remote in and get them logged in so they can see what's involved.? Nothing fancy (that I am aware) about the web site.
