Office 2007 COM add-in

We have an MS Office Com add-in written? in 2005 in VB.Net (whatever vintage was in use at the time) that adds a menu option to Word, Excel,Outlook etc to save the current document to a network location read from the registry.? This has been reasonably OK over the last 3 or 4 years, but has problems these days: a) doesn't integrate well with Office 2007 b) is too easily screwed up if someone doesn't have admin rights. So, we want to update it so we have a version that works OK with Office 2007/2010 on XP/Vista/7 and a) integrates properly? and b) isn't screwed by restricted rights. The source code of the original project will be available. The objective is to have an additional 'Save ...'option rather than relying on the 'Addins' ribbon. Please confirm you can do this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP / Vista / 7 MS Office 2007 / 2010 (latest beta/RC)
