Desktop Application

I am requesting bids for the following project A desktop application to place heads of people from photographs onto people within personal videos. This application must be able to do the following things: 1. Allow the user to upload short videos 2. Allow the user to upload photos into a photo area 3. Allow the user to trim the photo to place the face (head) of a person within the video. 4. Allow the user to adjust the face picture to align for jaw movement and tilt. 5. Save the altered videos in a format that can be used on various video players 6. User must have the ability click on functional buttons: * an EMAIL button to email the video * a SAVE button to save the video in their folder * a RESET button to reset the video * an EXIT button to exit the software * a GET VIDEO button to upload a video * a GRAB PHOTO button to get a photo (photo can only be in jpg or gif format) * 7. The program must have a place where Users can store their own videos and photos. 8. File should be executable (*.exe) and have a setup function. There are a few other ideas and I will help with the look and feel of the software. I understand a work in progress will be paid accordingly ??" so bid accordingly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must run on "Win XP",
