M-BANKING SOLUTION (USSD)

The solution we are looking for should be USSD based, we are looking at the callers dialing a particular user number say "45645" (example) and immediately getting a user interface in which they will be prompted to enter their account number and access pin "xxxxxxxxxxxxx", which if correct gives them access to; i) Check their bank balances ii) Make specific payments to specific payees' accounts in particular banks( branches)by wire transfer. iii) Enable realtime money transfers to a payee in a particular area on a particular mobile number e.g. +256772688922 and immediately notify the payee by SMS of the particulars of payment i.e. password, amount, where to collect e.t.c.
