ACCESS 2003 - Simple database to paste in a CV into a field for searching

**Spec for improvement of Access 2003 Database** ? We are an IT recruitment company and keep all our contractor details in a database currently with 2 tables ? Details Skills ? At the moment we ask the trainers to fill in a form, see other word file, we then manually type the data into our database. However, sometimes our candidates put in too much data into the fields for example “Soft Skills Misc Skills??. As the Access text field cannot take more than 255 characters, we need an alternative solution. ? We would really like to be able to ? 1- copy and paste the data from the word document into the 6 boxes on the right 2 - import their CV with a “browse?? button and see their CV on the screen as well, ideally pasting it into a single box ? We have lots of queries in the background so we can sort and search the data how we want. ? We will require something that is easy to import into our existing database by a person with some reasonable access skills ?
