Website Template Creation

I need an original template usable with the Build A Niche Store script. I will provide access to a site with the script installed so you can test your work. The sites are hosted on Linux and use PHP and MySQL. Ideally I would like a template where I could change the colors around rather easily through CSS modifications. Cool gradients and rounded corners are nice but ease of modification is a higher priority. If you can give me both that would be awesome. Note that in your bid. The Build A Niche Store script uses PHP embedded in the template to build store menus it pulls out of the database. I will include an example template to work from so you can get the right PHP code in your template design. Requirements: Modern look and feel 1000 pixels wide 3 columns - Left sidebar, content, right sidebar The design must be flexible enough that I can reuse it by changing colors in the CSS. If graphics are used, I will require step-by-step instructions be included for changing those colors in Photoshop. If graphics are integral to the design I require the graphics in PSD format and sliced. If design requires a header graphic then a simple example needs to be included.
