Template Design

I am working on a project and I need a Web Designer to design a template for me the current template is : [login to view URL] but I need a template similar to [login to view URL] with our contact number at the top similar to [login to view URL] - We need a simple Header similar to [login to view URL] with a beautiful Fox design to replace the woman below the menu bar. Our menu to be similar to [login to view URL] - create a follow us on "twitter, facebook, youtube" similar to: [login to view URL] - See header! - we love this page [login to view URL] : Notice the java and php manipulation on that page...we need that as well. - We need the "Low International Rates!" to be dynamic like on [login to view URL] - you are also going to Design a Logo with maybe a fox and manipulate it.
