Version 1.0 - Initial goal is to develop basic web application to create and assign tasks. Must be original work. Must be fast. Create User - First Name, Last Name, Company ID, Email, Phone Create Task - Task ID, Task Type (1-99), Short Description, Long Description (long text), AssignedTo, CreatedBy, DueDate, DueTime, ReminderDate, ReminderTime Display new tasks assigned to or owned by the specific user in simple list format on page after logged in. We will work on user interface later. Will serve as a base for larger application platform which will include document management. Version 2.0 Bidders - please reply with the words " I AM REAL " at the beginning of your bid so I know you are real. We will not accept bids from automated systems or anyone who does not have this at the beginning of their bid. Timeline - 3 days - working demo on your hosted server. If we like, we will provide payment and hire for next phase. If not we will pay for time and part ways. We estimate 3-10 hours skilled development time per revision Version 1.0 - 2 days - Working Demo : Task Database, User Database, Create User, Create Task Version 1.01 - 3 days - Setup SVN and provide detailed outline. User Profile Edit Form, additional User Profile DB sets Version 1.02 - 3 days - Reminders and Notifications : email reminder when due set. Version 1.03 - 2 days - Task Modifications and display - Task Status (new, confirmed, in progress, completed pending review, completed approved, completed locked, over due, incomplete). There are over 100 version changes to build the version 1 of the web application we are looking for. Only very competent coders need apply. Prefer to pay by the hour with bid not to exceed amount. We will pay monthly bonus for early delivery of works completed before timeline due. Right now we are simply looking to interview and test your skills. Do not expect to be paid high wages for this initial screening. We will have staff engineer look over all code submitted and review for standardization, optimization and clear comments within so that team of developers may easily follow. Functionality being first on the list, design then optimization of code. Eventual project will include document management, auto-assignment of tasks based on certain user-definable custom triggers, multiple levels of access controls and task management. Encrypted document repository to hold all uploaded documents for each task. We will then look to add "Tracks" and process flow management for converting sales leads to opportunities then to pending sales/transactions then to sold/closed status. Tasks auto assigned to proper user based on custom defined pipeline of tasks for each task trigger. This is a 6 month project.
