Rent a Product e-commerce site

Need to create a website for rent equipment User register on line Create profile (add personal info, pic,address , phone etc...email ) Activate using email confirmation Admin can edit status/add/remove/disable users and products. categories after login, select a category : drop down list ( equipment , list must be edited by admin) User select a product, select model, and click rent it button will go to next screen to show : duration 1 or two weeks shipment address, and return label add shipment and price for rent (can be edited in admin section) for example if select 1 week 25$ + 15$ flat fee for shipping and return shipment calculate final price and ask to pay by paypal. Check check box if user want to buy insurance in case of brake a stick. link next to check box will show agreement for insurance and click agree to accept. Collect order information to history for future reference or reorder same stick or purchase stick in case if user will keep it. In menu user can see account history and click on past order list can see all information about product rented and time Also in order will be available button purchase item (and it will bring buy now button to purchase product without shipment - rent price. So user will have an option to re-purchase item if he likes it. Or rent for one more week Membeship will make free of charge rent. (each membership will be edited in admin section to add how many rents will be free for each membership) user will pay only for shipping. User will accept terms agreement, etc Many features allready implemented , need to fix some payment history and membership functions..
