PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WEBSITE NEEDED

Professional services consultant. I currently have a rudimentary website that needs to be given a professional look. Current site: [login to view URL] Requirements/comments: 1. Need a logo, but want something very simple like company name in a box. Name in box can be GCE or GOVCONEX 2. Need to be able to update and add/modify pages myself. 3. Need new website to have content of existing site www.govconex.com. Current site has 6 pages. 4. Would like to be able to link to a blog (nice to have but not essential) 5. Want it to look like [login to view URL], but want touches of burgundy to capture the eye. It is a basic, professional looking site but would like a little more pizazz. Also like look of [login to view URL] It is professional with has more style 6. I currently have a webhosting site. 7. Want to see a "mock up" before site is fully developed to be sure I understand what the site will look like 8. Would like to have it completed by mid February.
